Space Saver playsets pack as much play value as possible into 
the smallest spaces without compromising quality and value. We 
have traditionally offered Treehouse space saver designs in 5’ deck 
heights, but we are now excited to introduce our new 6’ high deck 
space saver swing sets in both Treehouse and Peak styles. 
 Our original space saver is the Free-Standing Swing Beam. 
This swing set has an 8’ high swing beam with room for three, 
single-person swing accessories. Many families do not have 
enough backyard space for the traditional fort and swing beam 
combination. With the Free-Standing Swing Beam, you can install 
a space saver fort with climbing and sliding accessories in one part 
of your backyard, then add a space saver swing beam to a different 
part of your yard. You don’t have to give up important play features 
just because your backyard is not big enough for a traditional fort 
with attached swing beam.  
 Olympian Treehouse XL (6’ deck height) space savers include our 
two-position accessory arm designed to hold two, single-person 
swing accessories. You can also add picnic tables, rock walls, and 
other climbing options to Olympian Treehouse XL space savers 
without needing additional play area space.  
 Olympian Peak XL space savers have even more built-in play 
features in a relatively small space. They include the tire swivel 
swing, rock wall, combo ladder with flat steps and z-bars, a rope 
ladder, and room for two, single-person swing accessories. Our 
variety of available slides can help save even more space over 
traditional playset designs.
